  5.     this dir contains any accompanying documentation and other files per 
  6.     binary in toolbox/bin that will be installed along with fsn and
  7.     tiepoint executables which they may have in their appropriate system 
  8.     directories.

  10.     PLEASE NOTE:  in structuring this toolbox/bin subtree, we tried to make
  11.                   it as "bin"-like as we could, attempting to keep things 
  12.           other than the binaries themselves, and a single README
  13.           file per binary, out of the bin directory itself.  hence
  14.           the doc,etc. and install subdirs.
